Drove over 300 miles in the Twingo to get to it. Enjoying a maccers while i wait to go in because im way early. Better than having to rush i suppose.

Make Oppo metric again
There’s so little metric on Oppo. This is a sight for sore eyes. I should’ve seen it coming when you mentioned your Twingo...

Engineering, i originally studied mechanical but this is more of a civil engineering role. Same skills apply though. This will be my third interview with them so ive made it this far...

Always remember to take a pre game dump. You don’t want to be this guy:
Good luck with the interview. It sounds promising if this is your third round.

The metric system is the tool of the devil! I like my car to get 4 hogsheads to a furlogh.

My buddy made the mistake of drinking too much coffee before a long round of interviews. He didn't poop himself. I can't remember if he took an awkward break or held it. It was hilarious though

I switch between to two quite often. A lot of landscaping stuff, especially period correct paving, is still sold in feet and inches, but all my plans are built in metric. I dedicate somewhere around an hour to each job just working everything into metric and I still cock it up. Luckily you engineers don't have to worry about such things!

We do occasionally. We had a course of training dealing with murican engineering plans. Theyre largely metric now but not always so we had to be ready for it.

I know a guy that is working on his doctorate so he can become a professor and teach supple young ME minds to hate the metric system.
Not joking.
He also did all his drawings in imperial even though we strongly prefer to use metric here.
